Just like a well-run reception desk in a luxury hotel, our central cash desk at Sporthaus Strolz is located at the front. Our checkout team makes a decisive contribution to our clientele’s initial impression. It goes without saying that reliability, honesty and accurate work habits are crucial. Furthermore, it is especially important to us that you are friendly, project a positive attitude and display plenty of patience. You will be the first contact point for a wide variety of questions and comments. In order to be able to give competent guidance, it is important that you know your way around the shoppe as well as possible, which means you will be involved in training sessions that involve all other departments. We have a large international clientele, so it is helpful if you are comfortable in German and English at the very least.

You will work alongside our long-standing regular team - they will introduce you to our regular customers, train you on our payment processing system and tax free procedures and assist you with client queries. Our lifestyle department, which you will also help manage, is located in the cashier area. The range includes high-end souvenirs, homewear, tablewear and classic kiosk items such as sweets and postcards. The checkout is also where all purchased goods are issued. Purchases from all departments are automatically delivered to you at the checkout via an internal goods lift. Your tasks include mindfully packing and wrapping purchases in a way that is appropriate to their value. The Strolz experience for our valued customers begins and ends with you!
