Here at Strolz, we take our mission in the ski boot sector very seriously: we customise ski boots for our customers in such a way that an optimal balance between comfort and performance is achieved. That is our traditional competency. Our company founder, Ambros Strolz, was himself a shoemaker. After more than 100 years of experience in boot fitting, we have acquired enormous expertise. At Strolz you have a unique opportunity to learn from the best bootfitters in the industry and become part of a very special team. Our core product is the Strolz boot, which we are constantly working to improve as a cutting-edge product together with our partners Tecnica and Sidas. Of course, we also carry numerous other brands and models in our range. Your area of responsibility here is extremely varied.
It includes selling and/or fitting ski boots with a focus on foam liners, accepting and carrying out ski boot service, performing various repairs in the workshop, making insoles and much more. We use the latest measuring and fitting equipment. We design our insoles ourselves and then mill them in-house using a CNC milling machine. You will be placed according to your experience and will also receive ongoing training, accompanied by our boot experts. As a prospective boot fitter, you should ideally already have some experience, be technically adept and enjoy customer contact. With no other product are you as close to our customers as with the Strolz boot. With your dedication, empathy and creativity, you will enable our valued clients to enjoy a painless and pleasurable skiing experience.
I understand bootfitting as a creative process. That's why everyone should have the opportunity to get involved. We take enough time in the team to exchange ideas and also like to sit together after work with a beer or do some sports together.
