I had the best experience I’ve ever had with ski and boot rental in the 10 years I’ve been skiing and we rent at least twice a year! The staff were friendly approachable and knowledgeable, the boots and skis I got were the perfect fit and I was measured appropriately for both! I experienced an injury of my own doing part way through my rental, they immediately offered a refund for the remaining days no questions asked however my husband wished to try some skis so they graciously transferred the booking to him instead. Because we booked through crystal there was some admin difficulties due to it not being standard procedure they however were fantastic about this and made the relevant adjustments. Will absolutely be returning and recommend them to anyone wishing to rent

My boots were taken from the hotel bootroom so I needed some good empathetic service and got that in spades!! Attentive knowlegeable staff in great environment and location. Thankfully I was back on my skis in no time!! Steve
