A great place to work
Work and live in one of the most beautiful winter sports resorts in Europe, surrounded by leisure opportunities. Our village is readily accessible by public bus. Free accommodation in Lech is included – either in your own studio or in subsidized housing. Your Lech Team Card give you discounts on the slopes.
Attractive salary
Depending on qualifications and experience, we pay better than union wages. This also includes, among other things, the possibility of working Sunday hours with a 100% bonus, free ski and snowboard rentals, tax-free meal allowance, Strolz car sharing, turnover-based end-of-season bonus, employee discounts, etc.
Flexi-Time
As a seasonal business in the tourist industry, busy times alternate with relaxed times. Of course, it can be quite busy during the high season. During the quieter periods, there’s more downtime so that you can also benefit from the wonderful winter landscape and the many sporting opportunities.

Strolz is located in the heart of Lech, the Arlberg’s top ski resort. Our picturesque home is situated at an altitude of over 1,400 meters, with around 1,500 inhabitants. The focus in our region is on quality winter tourism. Lech-Zürs is the largest skiing area in Austria. With approx. 8,300 guest beds, this resort boasts over 1 million overnight stays per year. There is a high concentration of gourmet restaurants and 5* hotels. Our international guests are as demanding as they come, yet always pleasant.

Strolz lodging scheme
We provide all our employees with free accommodation in Lech or Zürs. We have a total of 5 different locations that include several staff lodging options, from studios to shared flats to accommodations for couples. All units have their own bathrooms, cooking facilities and W-LAN. During your job interview, we will discuss which accommodation best suits your needs.

As a Strolz employee, you receive a whole raft of benefits and advantages on top of your salary. For example, we support you with tax-free meal allowances.
