My experience of th Strolz ski service/depot was faultless. The equipment was new and of very high quality. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the booking in process was very quick. The ski service building was very modern and spacious and the ski depot facilities were of the highest quality and efficient. For a village such as Lech which is not ski-in-ski-out, having these facilities works really well and maximises convenience so that you do not have to walk far in ski boots carrying skis back to the hotel/chalet.

Sehr schöne Atmosphäre im Shop, Personal sehr freundlich und kundenorientiert. Jetzt, am Saisonbeginn, waren einige Mitarbeitende fachlich noch nicht fit (Bindung einstellen, Kombinationsmöglichkeiten Grip Walk - Bindungen, Ski-Modelle und deren Eigenschaften etc.). Das kommt sicher im Laufe der Zeit. Die beiden supervidierenden Fachkräfte kannten sich aber gut aus und haben den jüngeren Mitarbeitenden sehr professionell geholfen. Hat halt alles deutlich länger gedauert als erwartet. Die Ski (u.a. Atomic Backland 95 in 185 cm) waren hervorragend. Also, alles in allem klasse Shop, sehr freundliches Personal, das in Teilen noch etwas fachliches Training braucht.
