Damage caused by equipment breakage is already covered under our rental terms and conditions. If your equipment is damaged or breaks, you will receive suitable replacement equipment in accordance with the applicable conditions.

If your rental equipment is lost or stolen during your stay, please inform our rental team at one of our rental locations in Lech or Zürs.
In the event of theft, a police report is also required. Our experienced team will be happy to guide you through the next steps and help you get back on the slopes with the right equipment as soon as possible.
